This weeks Sketch Challenge has been posted at the Let's Scrap Site. I used the right side of the sketch which I rotated at 90 degrees for my left page of this layout.
This layout was created at the Mega Crop I went to last year. Original layout designed by Sarah Truscott.. but I amended the entire layout and only kept the booklet on the top right of page that she created.
Journalling: During our visit to Melbourne in May, Neville’s work were kind enough to accommodate us for 2 nights at The Crown Plaza Hotel. We drove through to the City early and
booked into the most exclusive and amazing Hotel ever. We had the perfect view of the Yarra River as
it gently flowed by and in the mornings, you were awakened by the calls of the
Morning Rowers as they practiced their strokes up and down the River.
Next door to the Hotel was a cute little Restaurant / Pub that we
visited often, especially when we finished touring the city and had time to sit
down and reflect on our day. It also had
the most amazing views of the River and we sat and drank bottles of wine whilst
watching the River Cruise Boats go up and down.
What an awesome first impression of the City.

Right hand page has a booklet created with different sized papers to include more photos.
Also managed to squeeze a card out of the scraps of this layout.. part of my New Years Resolution..(to make cards out of scraps)
Inside of card:
Hugs, Mich
This page is awesome!! I am gonna need to rotate it to. I seem to take more horizontal pictures than vertical ones! :) Love your card too! And now you have less scraps to worry with--bonus! :)
