I am really not into the Royal Family.. but what a wedding this was..
Kate is our very own Cinderella.. and she did her Prince justice in such a beatiful gown. The whole wedding was so awesome and the first kiss (and second).. were perfect to please the crowds.. So beautiful
Congrats William and Kate !!

M&M Scrapbooking Kit Club - May
Phew, I have finally managed to wrap up the May layout for our M&M kits.
Notes are done and finalised, the kits are being packed up furiously and will be ready to ship out soonest.
My layout is called Butterfly Kisses, due to all the butterflies I have added to it. I used the sweet range of papers Bubblegum Hill by Kaiser.

All about Hearts
Yesterday I was browsing 2 Peas in a bucket and came across the most amazing layout with a Heart tree by Domi (see HERE). It reminded me of the Lets Scrap sketch we done a few weeks ago so I immediately hauled out my stash (recently purchased this stunning range of papers - no clue who they are by) and created my Lift of Domi's layout... I just loved the idea of the heart tree, it was so original and cute.

LETS SCRAP SKETCH - 4-13-11
This weeks sketch (by Cheri O Neil) at LETS SCRAP is a really nice one. It has so many possiblities.
Remember you have until Tuesday midnight next week to submit your layout in order to stand in line to win some awesome prizes. So hop on over to LETS SCRAP and get scrapping and winning !
I decided to dedicate this layout to my special husband who is really one of the best "dads" I have ever seen. He always has time for his boys, no matter what.
Being a real "BOY" page, I couldn't exactly add flowers, so I went with Pinwheels. There are hundreds of tutorials out there, but I found a nice easy one at RHYTHM OF THE HOME by Jessica. Check it out HERE:

Weekend Scrapping
This weekend I was able to complete 3 double layouts for upcoming sketch challenges over at Let's Scrap. These are just some sneak peeks so long for you all ! Based on this weeks upcoming sketch (revealed on Wednesday): This is my layout for the DT new sketch. I have loved being on the DT so much, thought I might as well try again. Remember you have until next week latest to submit your DT entries (visit Lets Scrap for more details): And lastly, this is for a sketch at the end of the month.. just had to brag with my awesome flowers. I recently bought the Tim Holtz Tattered Angels Flowers. I just LOVE them ! I found this flower tutorial online and had to try it. I think they came out stunning.. very messy work to make them (my hands are covered with ink).. but the end result was so worth it.. Will reveal this layout end April.. Thanks for looking.

Scrapping Competition Layout
I just love the sketches that Ingeborg uses for her competitions. Have a look here for the April Competitions details at her blog : SCRAPBOOKING COMPETITIONS . For April, she designed this awesome sketch: I have had these awesome photos of my sister and her daughter (they are about 24 years old), and have never had the right sketch / paper to scrap them. . This sketch just seemed to work perfectly. I used left over Kaiser papers from Camp Crop layouts for this layout too and LOTS of birdy rubons that we got at the Scrapping Expo last year. Scrapping Update
At the Tim Holtz Day / Expo, in our goody bags, we recieved a double page kit with all the goodies to complete a layout. The instructions however were in the new Scrapping & Kie magazine (on sale now.. ). they had them on sale there so we all bought one to do the layout.. very sneaky but good marketing I suppose.. at least we got the kit for free. It is a very pretty layout.. just have no idea what photos to put on yet.. Close up left and right:
