Hi there,

Wow I have really been slack the last month with my blog.. from 2 posts a day to 1 in a month.. sorry !

I have been so hectic since we came back from Melbourne. All the wheels are running so fast now that I don't have time to think of anything, let alone updating my blog.. but I am hoping that by the time we are moved and settled that things will calm down a bit... (phew.. heres hoping..LOL)

I have however managed to complete a few projects.. some for challenges, other for upcoming kits..

This layout is for my BOOK OF ME challenge over at www.letsscrap.ning.com at the moment. It was to journal about you got your name or anything significant about it... I was named after the Beatles song "Michelle me Bell"...

Found this old 7" single in my stash and was so excited when I saw that it was of the song I was named after.. how cool is that ?

Used Cosmo Cricket paper that I won recently over at Lets Scrap...

I have to do a few months worth of Kit layouts so I can relax a bit when I arrive in Austalia end of July...

This is a sneak peek of the September kit.. called "Falling Leaves".. teaching you how to distress, pleat, sew and make leaves..

Next Saturday the 25th of July 2011 is my last class that I am teaching. I am helping a local baby charity and this is the layout they will be doing in the morning.. going to make all the flowers by hand.

My good friend Lorna who own's RM Designs, designed these stunning Chipboard elements for Fathers Day.. she gave me a packet to play with.. this is my layout using them all.

Ok, so I am off to pack some more boxes and clean out some more of my house.. Having a big Scrapbooking sale on 2 July to get rid of all my stock so I dont' have to cart it with me.. phew.. lots to clean up still.

Have a good week !

Love Mich

  1. You already know how much I loved your layout for my BAM group so I won't comment on it again. lol Your dad layout is wonderful, the chipboard pieces your friend gave you are fantastic. I love how the photo's appear to be hanging from the scroll embellishment.
I wish I lived closer so I could come buy some of your scrapping goodies but flying across the ocean to get them wouldn't work.
I hope your move goes well and that you get settled in soon. We are all missing you over at Let's Scrap.
